Here are some questions that our customers have asked recently:

Q: “What time do classes start? What time do they usually end?”

A: Kinetic classes start promptly at 9:00 am and are scheduled to run until 4:30. Occasionally classes run slightly long or short, depending on the group.

Q: “What should I bring to class?”

A: All required class materials are provided by Kinetic. We suggest you bring a light jacket just in case the classroom is too cool for your comfort.

Q: “Is parking provided?”

A: In our Beaverton location there is ample free parking right in front of our building. In Portland, parking is not provided by Kinetic though ample pay-to-park facilities are within a block or two of the Congress Center. Most lots offer an early bird rate of between $8 and $10 for the whole day. For a map of Portland parking facilities, click here.

Q: “How long do you honor your free retake policy?”

A: Learners are eligible to retake a class, on a space available basis, for as long as we offer that same version of the class. Many times, this means a learner can retake a class 1-2 years after the initial class.

Q: “Are any refreshments provided on breaks?”

A: Each learner in a Kinetic class has access to our coffee/tea service throughout the day. We also offer fruit juice and sodas throughout the day. In the morning we offer a light continental breakfast and in the afternoon there are freshly baked cookies or brownies available.

Q: ”Are there any special rates or promotions available?”

A: Kinetic has a number of contracts and corporate agreements in place. Many of these are pricing agreements for government agencies. Please contact Kinetic to see if there is an agreement in place for your organization. If not, we would be pleased to discuss your training needs and customize a program for you. This may include a volume pricing agreements.
